Varicose ulcer are usually located on the inner side of the leg above the ankle.
They are characterized by pain that intensifies with friction and movement.
Varicose ulcer warn me that I am living or have lived in a state of separation that has also made me feel devalued.
For example: To find a job, I had to leave my home, my city and still, no one recognizes and values what I have done.
Or perhaps, I work at home, but neither my children nor my husband recognize everything I do and that makes me feel estranged, “outside the family”.
And this situation causes me a lot of disgust and discouragement.
The person who suffers from varicose ulcer wants more freedom than he or she has, to enjoy more free time for himself or herself, but he or she cannot find a way to obtain it because he or she feels trapped.
Because of her devaluation, she remains stuck in situations that are not pleasant, or not as much as before.
She probably does not find a way to escape or allow herself to take the first step to try to correct her situation; to set out in the direction she wants.
