SCIATICA, emotional and spiritual meaning

This is the name given to pain that appears along the route of the sciatic nerve.

It is the thickest and longest nerve in the body. It starts in the lower back and runs down the length of the leg.

Its main function is to give mobility and sensitivity to the leg.

The biological sense of the inflammation of the sciatic nerve is to prevent me from making a movement or displacement.

In most cases, for fear of falling, especially financially.

Conflicts related to money. It can be inflamed if I have concerns related to the lack of money to materialize my projects or because unexpected expenses have arisen and I will no longer be able to allocate that money to my personal plan.

Perhaps I am afraid of not having sufficient financial means to pay for my house, food, that is, to live peacefully.

You can express to me that I am afraid of making a change, of starting a new life, always in relation to the fear of lack.

“If I change I will no longer have this or that thing”

In the same way, it can indicate that I want to go somewhere or move towards a project, but there is something or someone that prevents me.

Or, on the contrary, I am forced to go somewhere, or to do something that I do not want.

The cause of nerve inflammation can also be related to the fear of moving forward in a new direction, on a new path that life presents to me.

“I don’t feel sure which way to go.”

It can also be affected when I feel angry towards someone, who tries to humiliate me and I don’t want to submit.

Rather, I would like to give him a good kick, but I suppress my aggressiveness and it only remains in the intention.

Other times, sciatica affects people who take on more loads and responsibilities than they can bear.

This happens because they are unable to say no to anything or anyone because they need to feel the love and recognition of others.

Different interpretations can be made depending on the area of the nerve where the pain is more intense.

For example: if the pain is stronger in the buttock (the part that symbolizes power, feeling well “settled”) it expresses the fear I feel about losing my power (money, prestige, position, etc.) and stop feeling like a valuable person.

If it radiates towards the back of the leg (bladder meridian) it expresses a territorial conflict, it may be related to my home, my workplace, etc.

If the pain is more intense in the thigh (support, projects) or in the leg (moving forward, going towards others), it tells me that I am afraid of facing a situation that reveals my insecurity (a separation, loss of work, money, etc.).

Since the leg speaks of a relationship, an inflammation of the sciatic nerve, it may be because I have felt disappointed, betrayed or abandoned by a family member or friend, from whom I expected some support or collaboration and in the end they did not give it to me.

When sciatica is related to the L5-S1 vertebrae, it expresses to me that I am experiencing a conflict related to my collaterals (partner, siblings, friends, colleagues) added to an issue related to “sacred aspects” (conception, birth, death, paternity, adulthood, grandparent, etc.).

“I have to pay for my grandfather’s funeral”, “I have to pay for my grandson’s baptism”.

In the same way, it can refer to a conflict related to sexuality, especially when the pain is located on the inside of the leg.

For example: I want to have sex with my partner, but for some reason I can’t.

Or the opposite case, I have relationships that I don’t really want or don’t like because they are “out of the norm”.

For example, an excessive age difference in the couple or incestuous relationships.

In these cases, there are usually transgenerational memories of conflicts of a sexual nature that occurred in previous generations of the family clan.

“I’m not like the others”. “It’s not okay to have sex with my ex-husband”

Sciatica usually affects people who feel secure in the daily sphere of their lives, but who are very unstable and insecure when changes occur or when they have to make important decisions.

On the other hand, they usually appear to be abundant and prosperous.

But when it comes down to it, they feel a deep fear of not having resources, money, that is, of remaining poor.

Right leg: The pain in this leg expresses my fear of not having money or not being able to meet financial needs “as far as I am concerned.

“My money is running out”, “I am spending too much of my savings”.

I am immersed in a great contradiction, on the one hand, I have to buy something that I need, but internally I feel a resistance to make that expense.

Left leg: If the pain affects this leg, it tells me about my regret at not being able to help the people I love finances.

“I would like to have more money to support my parents”, “I would like to pay my brother for college or my sister’s house fee”.

I am feeling a contrariety, a lack of coherence.

On the one hand, I have the desire to support someone financially, but internally I resist because I am afraid of not having money in the future.

I’m not sure how having sciatica reveals a financial situation. If anything, it prevents us from being able to go make money.
If you have an explanation, I would appreciate it.
