SUPRARENAL GLANDS, emotional and spiritual meaning

by | Dec 15, 2019 | Diseases of the SKIN, EYES, KIDNEYS and THYROID

The suprarenal or adrenal glands are small, triangular-shaped endocrine organs located on top of both kidneys.
The fundamental role in our body is to release certain hormones directly into the bloodstream.
Many of which have to do with the way the body responds to stress.
ne of the most important functions is the fight or flight response.
When a person is stressed or scared, that is, when they are experiencing a dangerous situation, the suprarenal or adrenal gland releases a torrent of hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol.
These increase the heart rate, raise blood pressure, increase the supplies of energy, sharpen concentration, and slow down other bodily processes.
So the body can escape or fight a threat.
The adrenaline that is released when I am in a state of excitement will have the effect of stimulating me and making me creative.
Or, conversely, it may cause me great discomfort.
An excessive accumulation of stress leads to total exhaustion.
I can relate this danger to a situation in my life in which I am afraid of losing something, it may be time, money, job, partner, etc., as a result of having made a “bad decision”, for being on a “track bad”, which can be real, imagined or symbolic.

If I have problems with my suprarenal or adrenal glands, it is probably because I have chosen the “wrong direction” or have not been able to find my true path in life.

“I feel panic at going wrong direction in life”
What am I doing here?
“I am lost, out of the herd and I don’t know what to do or where to go”,
“I am on the wrong path; doing something that I do not want to do”
