Never own a disease: Many people have a habit of saying, “I am diabetic” or “I am hypertensive” etc.
When you say “I am…” then you own the disease, you make the disease a part of yourself, it becomes your identity.
But you must be clear that you are not the disease, the disease happens in you.
Another classic example that most people have a habit of saying is,
“I am suffering from…”, this is an extremely damaging statement.
You are associating suffering with your disease.
You are constantly inviting misery with it.
On the other hand, suffering has nothing to do with having a certain symptom but with the rejection we make of it.
What should you say?
“I am going through the condition of diabetes or hypertension.”
When you say, “going through the condition,” it simply means that you are on a journey, which will eventually come to an end.
By adding “condition,” you are saying that it will change.
Never own a disease: Why is it important?
Words have tremendous power. They carry with them a certain vibration.
These vibrations are directly connected to your subconscious mind.
You become what you say. Manifestation happens based on what you feed your subconscious mind.
When good, positive thoughts, good, positive words, and also good, positive actions, feed the subconscious mind, it manifests into positive situations.
Let us be aware of what we think and speak, spoken thoughts are creative.
The day we are able to think whatever we want, without believing that we are what we think, we will be free.
