Burping is a sound expression of gas through the mouth that comes from the stomach.
It can be due to a sudden fear caused by an unforeseen event or by a thought, a concept or an idea that we have a hard time digesting and, therefore, we return it to free ourselves from that tension.

It can also indicate that we want to go too fast because we are impatient and we want to incorporate and assimilate everything very quickly, in addition, unconsciously, we avoid facing our fears.

In the same way, it can warn us that we are very stressed and worried because of the material, professional or financial world.
Often, in addition, they express that we suffer an accumulation of problems, each time we solve one, another comes and we want to get rid of them through burping.

“I lack air, lightness, freedom, in the relational exchange.”

On the other hand, the burp shows us the fear or despair we feel and the need for a large “mouthful” of air to catch life and retain it.

At a symbolic level, belching is like an aggression that we release outwards, because we live in a situation that produces feelings of anger, resentment; they are the biological reaction to expel or discharge that aggressiveness.
Recommendations to recover physical, emotional and spiritual health:
I learn to slow down and take the time to enjoy my meals and everything that life offers me serenely.
