THIGHS, emotional and spiritual meaning

The biological function of the thighs is in itself to give the legs the impetus to move forward, therefore, they symbolize “my movement.”

They are what allow me to move, move forward or backward, go from one place to another.

But, sometimes, not all the trips I make are the ones I would like to make.

If I have problems it may be because I am living or have lived in a situation of devaluation and helplessness related to displacement and pleasure.

For example, having to “chase a partner who won’t let themselves be caught.”

Symbolically, the thighs are like the two pillars on which our entire life rests.

They symbolically represent our parents; they are our first pillars in life.

Depending on the relationship we have maintained with them, the thighs will take one shape or another.

If they are very heavy, they tell me that the relationship with my parents is “heavy” or that I lack autonomy.

“My parents overprotect me too much”

On the other hand, they also symbolically carry out the work of protecting my sexuality.

Specially if the discomfort is located in the groin or crotch.

It tells me that I am experiencing an emotional conflict related to the couple, with a sexual tone.

When the thighs are thick, they perform the function of “not letting in”, in terms of penetration.

Specially, if I have received any type of touching, abuse, etc.

Having fat thighs that are very tight between my legs, I unconsciously block the energy in this place and my sexuality is protected.

“I want to protect myself, I need to have big, the strong thighs to catch and stop the abuser.”

What is sex for me?

What have my parents told me about it?

Thin or underdeveloped thighs tell me about my inability to assert myself as an adult and hide the desire to remain a teenager.

Likewise, they tell me that I want to escape from my parents, that’s why they are light.

It is also a sign of openness to sexuality.

“I’m open to having sex so I can leave my parents’ house.

Likewise, they express a lack of self-reaffirmation as a consequence of not having felt protected during their adolescence.

If the thighs are flaccid, they tell me that I have felt or feel devalued because I have not been able to defend myself from sexual abuse or assault.

“I gave myself to the wrong person and I regret it.”

It affects people who have not felt protected in their childhood or adolescence and now do not know how to do it for themselves.

They would like to make changes in their life, at work, in their relationship, at home, but they do not take the necessary actions to carry them out and remain in their desires.

If cellulite occurs on the thighs, it shows that I feel ashamed of my past where I felt humiliated, unprotected and, no matter how much I want to hide it (covering myself), it is impossible for me to achieve it.

Have I come to feel physically exposed?

If varicose veins appear (blood that represents the family), they transmit to me my desire to run away from the house because my parents treat me like a maid and I can’t stand it, I feel dirty because of how they treat me.

Sometimes the opposite happens, I would like to return to my parents’ house but I can’t, something has happened that prevents me from doing so.

Depending on the place where the discomfort manifests:

If it affects the right leg (left for left-handed people), it tells me that I should go in one direction.

And I don’t want to do it.

“I was forced to leave my loved ones”

If it affects the thigh of the left leg (right for left-handed people):

It tells me that I want to go somewhere and I can’t.

Meanwhile, when the pain is in the back of the thigh:

It tells me that I know the direction in which I have the conflict.

Just as if the pain is in the front part, it tells me that the emotional conflict I am suffering is related to the future.

Likewise, if the pain affects the inner part of the right leg (left for left-handed people), it tells me that I am experiencing a conflict in which I feel forced to separate myself from my loved ones.

“I was forced to leave my parents”

When it comes to the left leg (right for left-handed people).

It tells me that I am immersed in a separation that carries danger.

“It is dangerous for me to remain with my people, I must get away, separate.”

Why is it so hard for me to say “no”?

Being unable to say “no” is a learned behavior that often functions as an emotional defense mechanism. At a deep psychological level, your mind has come to associate saying “no” with a threat to your relationships or your emotional stability; consequently, it chooses...
